About the team and role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a go-to-market project about password management called Locker. Locker is a password manager that goes beyond the mere concept of password management. Locker stores your sensitive data, logs you into your favorite sites, scans for data breaches, and more.

As a product team member, you will be directly involved in product development.

You will

• Define and focus on a target audience

• Understand customer concerns and needs

• Discover consumer behavior and trends

• Determine what motivates consumers to make a purchase

• Make recommendations for product improvements or new products that will meet customer needs and encourage them to purchase

• Formulate achievable goals

• Gather, validate and document business requirements

• Define the sprint backlog and timeline

• Create and track functional and non-functional specifications for solutions (user stories, use cases)

• Implement and test solutions

• Provide support and documentation

• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle

You may be a suitable candidate for this role if you

• Demonstrate a careful and meticulous working style, adhering to processes diligently.

• Possess effective communication skills and exhibit enthusiasm and energy in your work.

• Have knowledge of business analysis and software development processes.

• Are skilled in diagnosing problems effectively.

• Excel in creating various types of documents.

• Can adeptly manage work while adhering to project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Have experience in software programming/development (a plus, but not mandatory).

• Hold any business analysis certification (a plus, but not mandatory).
