Application security testing might be challenging for many tech startups due to the fact that their in-house security teams might not be sufficient to cover all the risks from hackers. This is the reason why they need a third-party service to take care of the vulnerabilities and threats.

CyStack has a long-standing reputation for cybersecurity, especially for web security testing. We are delighted to offer the best solution for our beloved clients. To prove our amazing track record, the company has recently received the first review on Clutch.co, an evaluation-based website for B2B companies.

Clutch is an independent platform that collects objective feedback from clients about each company registered on the site, and it is used by millions of people around the world.
Our first review was from FireApps, and it was written by the Customer Support Manager.
“This was the first time we hired an outside security firm to investigate our system, so we didn’t have a reference point. However, we were happy with CyStack’s team and the results, and we plan to work with them again in the future.”, said Mr. Dung, FireApps’ representator.

FireApps had a vulnerability in one of their applications, but they could not identify the problems after 3 to 4 months of investigating. A team of five experienced and dedicated penetration testers has been assigned to the project to test the system.
“CyStack worked very hard on the project, and they found a lot of bugs since day one. They were very focused on the project.”, said Mr. Dung.
A detailed report with screenshots and descriptions of how to reproduce the problems was sent to FireApps for the remediation process. The project finally ended well with work delivered earlier than the deadline.

This five-star review means a lot to us personally, but it also means a lot for the future of CyStack. We are so thankful for the support we’ve received on our Clutch profile, and it encourages each of us to work harder in order to deliver the best service to our customers.
