Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning and Strategy, and Employee Wellness and Engagement. This role is vital to building a strong workforce that aligns with our company's needs and values while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

You will

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and employees' career goals. Oversee the professional development of staff.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to employees. Develop strategies to improve performance and productivity.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Workforce Planning and Strategy: Analyze workforce trends, predict future staffing needs, and develop strategies to meet these needs.
  • Employee Wellness and Engagement: Implement programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and high levels of employee engagement.

You may be a suitable candidate for this role if you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 experience in human resources, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity sector.
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
