About the role

At CyStack, we don’t just “sell” cybersecurity solutions - we help businesses solve real-world security challenges.
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with clients, understanding their security needs, and delivering tailored solutions that combine both SaaS products and professional security services.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to help organizations effectively adopt CyStack’s offerings - from device management software, data leak monitoring platforms to penetration testing, vulnerability management, blockchain security services, and more.

You will

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities from marketing leads and identify new prospects for CyStack’s cybersecurity SaaS products and services:
    • Assess customer needs, pain points, and their current security posture.
    • Present and recommend suitable solutions through meetings, demos, and showcases.
    • Support Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation when required.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth contract execution.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery that meets customer expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling additional CyStack products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships:
    • Support customers in maximizing the value and effectiveness of CyStack’s solutions.
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop case studies and share customer success stories across the business community.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance:
    • Track and report sales progress in the CRM system.
    • Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify new opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and partnerships in target industries.

You may be a suitable candidate for this role if you

  • Have proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in technology, consulting, or cybersecurity, especially with B2B clients.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Are fluent in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is a plus).
  • Have previous experience in technology or cybersecurity (preferred) or are eager to learn quickly and adapt to technical topics.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Are proactive, growth-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
