About the role

We’re looking for two proactive Junior Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented freshers or early-career professionals to break into B2B tech sales.
You’ll focus on generating leads through digital channels, booking meetings with potential clients, and supporting sales operations - no deal closing or negotiation required. With a clear sales process and direct support from senior leaders, you’ll gain real experience in how B2B cybersecurity deals are built from the ground up.

You will

  • Source and qualify leads via online channels (social-first):
    • Research and identify potential clients that match CyStack’s target profile.
    • Reach out, start conversations, and book meetings for senior members.
    • Follow up to ensure strong engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support sales operations and client success as a Sales Admin & Account Coordinator:
    • Prepare and manage paperwork (quotations, NDAs, contracts, invoices).
    • Keep CRM and internal documents up-to-date to support the sales process.
    • Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Be part of high-stakes, real-world sales cycles with top tech and finance clients:
    • Get direct exposure to B2B consultative selling in cybersecurity.
    • Learn how senior sales leaders identify client needs, structure deals, and close partnerships.
    • Develop your skills and grow into a full-cycle sales role over time.

You may be a suitable candidate for this role if you

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a related role (e.g., sales, sales admin, account coordinator...).
  • Understand the B2B sales process and are comfortable working with documents like proposals, NDAs, contracts, and invoices.
  • Have good English communication skills - both written and verbal - to work with international clients and internal teams.
  • Have experience in tech or cybersecurity sales - or if not, in other B2B industries and are a quick learner with a sharp mindset.
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and follow through on tasks without being micromanaged.
  • Are proactive in reaching out to people, booking meetings, and keeping conversations warm.
  • Have a natural curiosity for how technology works and a willingness to grow in a fast-moving environment.
