About the role

At CyStack, we don’t just sell cybersecurity - we solve real security challenges. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive growth by connecting with clients, understanding their security needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborating with marketing and technical teams, you’ll help businesses adopt effective security services like penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management.

You will

  • Leverage leads from the marketing team to explore sales opportunities for CyStack’s cybersecurity services (penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, blockchain security, etc.):
    • Identify customer needs, security challenges, and their current security status.
    • Present and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions through presentations, demos, and showcases.
    • Support Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation when necessary.
    • Negotiate and close deals, finalizing collaboration agreements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships:
    • Provide ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of CyStack’s services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies and promote the value of CyStack’s solutions within the business community.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales activities:
    • Manage and report sales progress via CRM systems.
    • Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and track competitors.
    • Identify new opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and partnerships within target industries.

You may be a suitable candidate for this role if you

  • Have experience in business development or sales, ideally in cybersecurity, consulting, or technology.
  • Are an excellent communicator and presenter, able to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand cybersecurity solutions or can quickly learn and adapt to new technical concepts.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Are proactive, results-driven, and passionate about business growth.
  • Hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Are proficient in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is a plus).
