The Department of Science and Technology of Kien Giang province has cooperated with CyStack to conduct a comprehensive security assessment (penetration test) for the web application system. The project's goal is to proactively detect security vulnerabilities, assess the potential impact level and provide specific recommendations to improve the system's security level. The assessment process started on December 16, 2024 with the participation of a team of four CyStack cybersecurity experts. After the initial testing phase, CyStack conducted a retest on February 15, 2025 to verify the effectiveness of the remedial measures implemented by the Department of Science and Technology of Kien Giang province. The results showed that all vulnerabilities that directly affected security were successfully addressed, contributing to ensuring a more secure Department web application system.
