OrthoLite engaged CyStack to conduct a comprehensive Penetration Test on its web application to identify potential security vulnerabilities and assess their impact on the system. The project commenced on May 15, 2025, with a dedicated team of four (4) security researchers. Upon completion, CyStack delivered a detailed technical report including clear, actionable remediation recommendations for all identified issues. OrthoLite has acknowledged the findings and is integrated these recommendations into their internal security roadmap for phased implementation. The project concluded with a successful handover of all security insights to the OrthoLite technical team.
