CyStack at the Launch of Three Strategic Technology Innovation Networks

On the morning of August 25, at the Innovation Hall (NIC Hòa Lạc), CyStack had the honor of participating in the launch ceremony of three Strategic Technology Innovation Networks, joining as an early member of the Cybersecurity Innovation and Development Network.

About the Event

Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Chí Dũng, the Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the National Innovation Center (NIC) and relevant partners, officially launched three Strategic Technology Innovation Networks in the following fields:

• Quantum (VNQuantum), with three key pillars: strengthening research and high-quality human resource training; applying quantum technology in critical areas such as finance, economy, healthcare, security, and defense; and expanding international cooperation to acquire and transfer advanced knowledge.

• Cybersecurity (ViSecurity), aiming to master security technologies, develop “Make in Vietnam” solutions to protect critical digital infrastructure, and connect experts, businesses, and research institutes with leading international cybersecurity centers.

• Aerospace and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), with the mission of transforming Vietnam from a consumer market into a producer and innovator, playing a vital role in the global aerospace industry value chain. The network’s four strategic priorities include: improving the legal framework, increasing investment in R&D, developing high-quality human resources, and attracting top global corporations to collaborate in Vietnam.

The event was organized to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW (December 22, 2024) of the Politburo and Decision 1131/QĐ-TTg (June 12, 2025) of the Prime Minister, underscoring Vietnam’s determination to achieve breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyễn Thành Trung emphasized:

“The launch of three Strategic Technology Innovation Networks and expert communities is not only a landmark event, but also the beginning of a new chapter in Vietnam’s journey to master technology. This is a strategic step, creating a solid platform to unlock potential and bring together the brightest minds to build a dynamic innovation ecosystem — a core driver of a self-reliant, knowledge-based, and prosperous economy.”

Attendees and Significance

The program gathered Government leaders, ministry representatives, research institutes, universities, investment funds, international organizations, as well as numerous top experts and leading technology enterprises from Vietnam and abroad.

The event served as a strategic cooperation forum, where enterprises, research institutes, and experts connected to exchange knowledge and explore global strategic technology trends. At the same time, it provided an opportunity to promote Vietnam’s investment potential and call upon the global expert community to join hands in developing key technology sectors, contributing to a secure and sustainable digital future for the nation.
