About the team and role

The business development (BD) team is responsible for implementing strategies and opportunities at CyStack to promote growth and boost revenue. This team involves pursuing opportunities to help the company grow, identifying new prospects, and converting more leads into customers.

We are looking for members to join our BD team and be responsible for the sales of one of our products - Locker Password Manager (https://locker.io). You will work on the most important role in the sales process, and be the first direct touch point between our Products and our Customers.

Locker Password Manager enables users to store all their personal passwords in one place - safely and securely. Automatically fill passwords, registration forms, and payment information, it will make your internet surfing experience safer and more convenient. The mission of Locker Password Manager is to provide a secure and seamless experience for all users and employees in an organization.

You will

  • Providing suitable solution packages and making a proposal with an in-depth understanding of customers' business, needs, and usages.
  • Acquiring and onboarding corporate users while ensuring monthly sales quotas
  • Contract negotiations to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with channel partners
  • Provide necessary support to clients and partners including marketing materials, user manual, and usage instructions
  • Analyze the performance of existing partners and propose solutions (if needed)

You may be fit for this role if you

  • 1+ years experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, experience in the SaaS or channel management is preferable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility
  • Are fluent in English (Professional level). IELTS from 6.5 or equivalent is a plus
  • Have good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of prospecting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business generation targets
  • Have critical and systematic thinking skills
  • Are straightforward, honest, progressive, and ready to overcome challenges
